The ASUAV F100 is a nice new micro FPV flyer featuring brushless motors, 4 in 1 ESC, 600TVL camera, 48CH 25mW VTX, and an F3 based flight controller with integrated OSD.
The flight controller featured on this racing drone is Betaflight compatible and has a USB connection on the side so you can plug it into your computer to change settings.
As for the frame it is made of carbon fiber with some side aluminum pieces and you have your choice of landing legs with or without propeller guards. If you’re a newbie to micro FPV flying I would highly recommend using the prop guards.
Because of the carbon fiber frame this thing is incredibly light at only 50g and the physical size is tiny with only a 100mm wheelbase.
The setup for video is a 600TVL camera/25mW VTX combo mounted on the front of the quadcopter and has a very wide angle adjustment for different flying styles.
They say that this quadcopter comes with a 25C battery which to me doesn’t seem like a high enough rating, I would pick up some spare higher C rating batteries just in case.
You can pick this quadcopter up in 2 different versions, one with an FrSky 16CH receiver, and one without receiver so you can add your own.
Overall this is looking like a pretty nice addition to the latest micro FPV quadcopter craze and has some decent nice features. It’s going to be great for anyone looking for something small to toy around with or something with limited flying space.
