WLtoys Q323 C records smooth video
WLtoys has been releasing a lot of new quadcopters lately and their WLtoys Q323 C is one of the latest they’ve added to their lineup. This time you get altitude hold, an adjustable 2MP camera, flip mode, headless mode, and one key return.
The quadcopter comes with “shock resistant” carbon fiber arms, tri bladed propellers for extra stability, and a removable battery with open battery enclosure to provide better airflow.
I’m curious about if the carbon fiber arms will really help or if it will just transfer the breaking point to somewhere else in the event of a crash.
They’ve also decided to make the camera system modular with this new model which means that if you decided to you could always upgrade to an FPV camera.
Altitude hold is a great features and allows you for smoother video since you’re not having to constantly adjust the throttle to maintain altitude.
Probably one of the best things about this is the 15-16 minutes flight times, there isn’t a whole lot in this price range that offers these times so if these times are accurate that’s great.
The transmitter is one they include with several of their models, it features an easy to use button layout, sensitive but not touchy control sticks, is easy to hold, and features a nice large LCD display in the center.
Overall the WLtoys Q323 C is a pretty nice looking quadcopter with decent specs for the price. Altitude hold with the camera is a great combo and when you also add in the 15 minutes of flight time you have a great flyer. I’ll probably be checking this one out when they start shipping.
